Ron is a Project Coordinator at Pears Program for Global Innovation.

​Before joining Pears Program team, Ron served as a consultant for public inclusion in urban planning processes at Tel Aviv Municipality, as well as an Executive Partner in the Negev Refugee Center organization in Southern Israel. For the last three years, Ron worked closely with refugee communities to enhance community resilience and economic empowerment. She recently completed her internship at DeserTech, and facilitated a 4 month matchmaking process between African leaders and Israeli Ag-Tech companies.

 

Prior to this position, Ron worked in social and educational entities. She holds a BA degree in Environmental Development and African Studies from BGU.
