Seven months ago, 18 Israeli entrepreneurs took up the Pears Challenge to develop innovative, profitable ventures with the power to improve the lives of rural Africans. They participated in a four month ideation lab, met with the best Israeli companies and investors with impact ventures in Africa, and traveled to Kenya for market discovery and partnership building. This final pitch event showcased some of these innovators and the ventures they have developed through this process where they received feedback from an expert panel of investors.
